Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 5/29/2026
1. Who you are contracting with
The Subloka service ("Subloka", "Service") is operated by Tabsoffice ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Acceptance and authority
By continuing to use Subloka you confirm you accept these Terms. If you use Subloka on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a binding contract in your country.
3. The Service
Subloka helps you track, manage, and gain insight into your recurring subscriptions. Features and limits may change as the product evolves. We may offer free and paid plans; the features available depend on the plan you select.
4. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- Use it for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
- Send spam or unsolicited messages;
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- Interfere with the Service's security, including by introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping;
- Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service, or circumvent its technical limits.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, documentation, designs, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service under your selected plan.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the data and content you put into Subloka. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to provide the Service.
8. Payment, subscriptions, and refunds (Paddle as Merchant of Record)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing cycles, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period.
9. Service level and warranties
We work hard to keep Subloka available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. On termination, we will provide a reasonable export window where feasible and then delete or anonymise your data.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tabsoffice is established, and the competent courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you additional rights in your country of residence.
15. Assignment and force majeure
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
