Subloka, operated by Tabsoffice, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, please visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team inside Subloka and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.

What happens after a refund

When a refund is approved, your paid plan ends and your account returns to the Free tier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Renewals and cancellations

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel a renewal at any time from the in-app billing portal; you will keep access until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — if you also want a refund for the most recent charge and you are within the 30-day window, please request one as described above.
